Olympic Property Group, a subsidiary of Pope Resources, is responsible for the economic development of what has been historic forestry and timber property primarily in Western Washington State. Much of the land is now not viable for timber practice and has been parceled into large private land tracts.

 

Rural Lifestyles is a program developed by Olympic Property Group to promote the availability of prime property to individuals for large track homesteads.  It is the goal of the graphic identity to represent the exceptional quality of property being offered along with the particular amenities to make these properties sustainable for the landowners.

 

The goal is to attract the potential landowner who is looking to establish a legacy to leave to future generations of family.

 

The logo represents the valuable history in Timber as well as the appeal of the grand homestead and rural lane, which holds emotional appeal.

 

The brochure, photos reflect sophisticated architecture to represent truly elegant living with its focus on a rich exterior environment. Encouraging the viewers to imagine themselves creating an extraordinary legacy and life for themselves and the future generations as well as environment.
